In the two minutes it takes you to read this email a child below the age of 5 will lose their life to a waterborne disease.

Does it bother you? Because it certainly bothers me. With over 319 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa without access to clean water, this happens too often. Having lived and experienced it first hand in my birth village of Kawambwa, it bothers me a lot to see my own relatives, women and young children in my community and many other communities around the world go without clean, safe water in 2019.

What if we worked together to save at least one life lost to waterborne diseases caused by contaminated water? What difference would it make to our future leaders?

We are about to launch a crowdfunding campaign and I’d love you to get involved to raise funds and achieve our goal to use Vigor Aqua in a pilot program. The pilot program will be targeting small communities, previously impacted, and high-risk waterborne disease areas in Zambia and we’re looking to raise $30,000 over a 30 day campaign.

To make this a success, we need 5-10 change makers who can email the campaign to 100 of their colleagues on launch day. In exchange, you will receive a Global Empowers 'Impossible Possible' branded T-shirt. I'd really appreciate it if you would forward this onto your own mailing lists so we can more people involved.

To get involved, just email me back or click on the link: https://chuffed.org/project/vigoraqua

Thank you and looking forward to working together to create a world free of mental and material poverty.

Many thanks
