Neeraj Shah is the founder of Titan Masterminds, a business he runs for India’s most ambitious entrepreneurs, focusing on training and coaching other business owners in the power of digital marketing. Before the Global Crisis Neeraj was running regular offline events in Mumbai that he marketed online.

At Neeraj’s successful events, business owners could opt into joining one of his coaching programs and become part of his community. This was an established, and well-oiled process, which helped hundreds of Indian business owners and created a sizable revenue for Neeraj.

Then lockdown happened and Neeraj knew he needed to pivot his offering to go online to be able to continue helping those that needed him. Joining The Genius Group Faculty and Trusted Buyer’s Club was part of his strategy to make his own business become an online one, as well as venturing into new markets.

Neeraj joined with a mindset to give and soon discovered that the other members were invested in his success. Members of the Trusted Buyers Club were ready to spend money, learn on the job, and ready to come up with the best solutions.

As a Facilitator of the Crisis Leadership Programme, Neeraj gained a lot of visibility in the overall Genius U community and traction in his business.

Neeraj went on to co-host workshops with Terri Vincent and looked for opportunities to share his knowledge wherever he could. By giving away all his best secrets. Neeraj became a trusted advisor in both communities resulting in clients from over 8 new countries and achieved $8000 in sales within the TBC.

Through being an active member of these groups, Neeraj discovered instant market research opportunities. Instead of working on an idea, formulating a product, and then getting feedback, Neeraj was able to source ideas directly from a group of invested, interested people, and gain their thoughts immediately, leading to sales.

When asked about his top learnings from the experience of the TBC, Neeraj shared:

“It’s about adapting your skills and giving help, even outside of your offering. Become visible by being involved in conversations, develop credibility by sharing your knowledge, and become profitable by helping the people who need what you have.”
