it`s usually a good idea to start with basic blood tests, such as iron/ferritin levels, vitamin B12, vitamin D, thyroid markers (TSH, T3/T4), and general hormone markers, if necessary. if all results are within normal limits but you still don’t feel well, a more detailed analysis might help.
