Come and join me and cook along with me as we prepare together Risotto al Rosmarino, a very simple but delicious italian classic, bursting with the aroma of fresh herbs and with the melt in your mouth creamy texture of risotto rice.
The live class will be held over zoom on Saturday 9th May, at 12pm (noon) GMT. You will need the following ingredients if you want to cook along with me:
One Onion
Fresh Rosemary
Olive Oil
Vegetable stock
A glass of dry white wine
(optional: 1 Lemon, organic or at least unwaxed)
Risotto rice - I recommend riso Carnaroli (https://bit.ly/RisottoCarnarolifrom the Uk or https://bit.ly/CarnaroliRiceUS for my american friends) which is superior to the better known Arborio variety (https://bit.ly/RisottoArborio), although either will do.
It's amazing how so few ingredients can create such a tasty result!
