Here are the ingredients you'll need to cook along with me:
250g whole grain flour
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
100g Whole Cane Sugar
40ml Sunflower oil
30ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10g Baking powder
80ml Water
For the custard:
300ml Oatmilk or Soya milk
1.5 Tablespoons Potato Starch (or Cornflour)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla powder
3 Tablespoons of Whole Cane Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Pine nuts
Dark chocolate nibs (or use a high cocoa content dark chocolate bar, 85% or more)
Caster sugar
For the peaches (for 4 people):
6 peaches
400ml dry white wine (or dry red wine if you prefer, the white wine is more delicate)
40g sugar
half a cinnamon stick
100ml water
