I've been invited by the uExecelerate team to share my thoughts on how to make your organisation agile.  In this 1 hour session I will talk about what an agile organisation is, why you need to be one and the opportunities and challenges it presents.  I will share data from recent surveys on how organisations are transforming and examples of leading companies who demonstrate agility.

This is more than just about using agile practices and tools - it's all about how the culture, leadership and mindset.
