Mikal is passionate about raising consciousness to the level of creating paradigm shifts, which is needed for us to successfully step up and become 5.0 Entrepreneurs and create a 5.0 society and world. In the more than 10 years that Mikal has been involved with Roger Hamilton and Entrepreneurs Institute, two of the biggest inspirations have been the introduction to Buckminster Fuller’s ‘Final Exam’ and the new era we are moving into: Society 5.0 as presented by Roger James Hamilton.

If we as entrepreneurs and business people are to thrive from here on, we have to upgrade ourselves as individuals to this new era and part of that is taking the steps to be able to pass the ‘Final Exam’, which requires of us to raise our consciousness above the level of our problems.

Mikal has been involved with Roger Hamilton and Entrepreneurs Institute for over 10 years, having completed the 30-day iLab in Bali, is a Certified Flow Consultant and a Mentor on GeniusU. Mikal has been a coach and mentor for 25 years, working with individuals, teams and businesses. His coaching spans from in-depth personal and spiritual, using his 35 years of practice and meditation experience, to the practical day-to-day running of your business. Mikal uses his corporate background in banking and computers as well as his experience in running his own businesses for over 2 decades.
