From time to time I like to post great question (from clients and partners) and creative or unique answers. Here's another one...
Today’s topic is inspired by a question from one of my coaching clients and it has to do with time management.
The crux of the question has to do with how she could work at a job and build a business at the same time.
In other words, how does one have a “full-time” job AND build a business, “at the same time”?
The short answer is - It’s all about how you think about it!
Did you notice I put “full-time” and “at the same time” in quotes? Well, therein lies the root of the answer. Let me explain…
Allocate “time” for both. And only focus on one at a “time”. It starts by deciding when (at want time) you will do one or the other. Then, during that time you only focus on that desired outcome.
Can you start to see how interesting this word (time) is? It’s all about how you think about it!

For those of you who aren't big sports fans, or specifically aren't big hockey fans, Bobby Orr is one of professional hockey's all-time greats.
I picked this quote for all of you who, like me, are "recovering perfectionists!
Forget style (aka perfection) and focus instead on delivering value to your customers/clients. They don't care "how", they only care about results!
Employ and Enjoy!
