I’ve been thinking about trying a holistic session, but I’m not totally sure how to tell if it’s the right moment. Lately I’ve been feeling mentally scattered, like I’m moving through the day on autopilot. Even after getting enough sleep, I still wake up tense and unfocused. A friend told me these might be signs my energy is out of balance, but I’m not sure what that even means. Has anyone noticed specific signs in themselves before booking a session?

    Saw both of your posts and it reminded me of moments when life gets busy and you start missing those small cues your body gives you. Sometimes it takes stepping back to notice how much those everyday pressures build up. Even small routines like taking a quiet walk or switching off notifications for a while can reveal how different you feel when you’re not rushing through everything. It’s surprising how often we get used to feeling drained without realizing it.
