I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. A couple of months ago I hit a point where my daily routine just felt off — I was constantly distracted, scrolling too much, and honestly not getting much done. I tried a few habit trackers and meditation apps, but most of them didn’t really stick with me for long. Then I started wondering if it’s even possible for an app to genuinely change your mindset, not just help you track things. Have any of you actually used something that made a real difference over time, not just for a week or two?

Funny you mention that, because I went through something similar last year. I kept jumping between different tools until I found a blog talking about different options, including this self help app. That’s where I first heard about Liven, and honestly it turned out to be the best self care app I’ve tried so far. What worked for me wasn’t just tracking habits, but the way it explains why you feel a certain way and how to adjust your routine step by step. It didn’t magically fix everything overnight, but over time I noticed I was more aware of my habits and less likely to fall into the same patterns.

Scrolling through this thread made me realize how many people are actually trying to improve their routines these days. It’s interesting how everyone approaches it differently — some rely on apps, others prefer offline methods like journaling or just changing their environment. I guess there’s no single right way to do it. Sometimes even small changes, like adjusting sleep or taking breaks from screens, can have a noticeable effect without needing anything too complicated.
