Have you completely unplugged recently?
Over the last seven days I have been deep in the Amazon rainforest, without phone or internet access.
I have summed up the most powerful thing I learned in this short video
The week was spent with the Ashuar Tribe, who are campaigning to save the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest from the oil companies. I was with the Pachamama Alliance, who are supporting them in their efforts.
We learned about their challenges, shared their traditions and were guided by them down their rivers and through their rainforest.
It was a powerful experience, with a lesson directly relevant to my life and your life right now – a lesson that I share with you here.
