Case 1 Zero to Hero, or from Hero in the military to hero in business
This young gentlemen was a Captain in the Marines with a clear vision - build to sell. He set up a performance business linked to consulting in project management. While the consulting company I was working with supporting with understanding how to get more sales, maximise value of the sales function and systems for optimal business value.
