You know, the most trustworthy part of your brand / reputation, is what said "behind your back"!


Not everybody hears that though - so one way to find out what is said - both about yourself and others - is to check the online testimonials, recommendations, here called reviews. 


Do you CHECK, ASK for - and GIVE - REVIEWS ?


A lot of people feels it a bit embarrassing to ask for evaluations from their clients, colleagues, network etc. 

Do you ? 

Don´t !


It's not that you are "begging for a good review" - simply ask for people to be honest.

Roger Hamilton says something like:

If its a good review = GOOD PR

If not: GOOD LEARNING


A sign I once saw in a window:

"If you like our product: Tell Others - If not: Tell Us"

Learning:

You are NOT obliged to reciprocate when people gives you a review!

Maybe you don't even know enough about them yet, to say something nice about them in public. And if so, it's a very good reason to make contact and get to know each other better :-)

But always remember to thank the people who are shoving you the respect, in one way or other - and use it as a step forward towards a common networking future !

REVIEWS are priceless - for both giver & receiver - AND for building trust within the community!!!
