In what ways do you stay in touch with investment opportunities at various points of the cycle?
Here in NZ we have a great digest summary, Investment News (http://bit.ly/InewsGF) which calls attention to many relevant articles on trends emerging towards mainstream.
Today there was an interesting article in here taking about how the growing awareness of Digital Security has led to double-digit growth for the industry's luminary players. Investment opportunities include Startup, Fund, and 'picking winners' but most commentators are bullish on the sector as it migrates from 'Perimeter Defense' to 'Security Everywhere' mindsets.
Last year I completed a significant (local) engagement in the partnering space for one of the Industry's leaders, F5. Here's a link to their 1 year stock chart on Yahoo. Clearly heading in the right direction and endorsing the market commentators.
