When you start a circle on GeniusU, you have to decide if its going to be open to all GeniusU members - or only by invitation!
In the settings of the circle:
Keep tickbox unchecked if you want to make the circle private.
In a private circle, only the members of the circle will see the circle content and circle posts.
In the stream, tagged circle posts will only be shown to circle members.
External members can search the circle and read the description, but they can only join upon invitation.
That is important if for example you are posting premium content to your subscribers, mentees etc.
