When you first join GeniusU, your email notification settings is set to OFF (except for the mails from admin).
It means that if you are not actively changing your settings / OPT IN to receive email notifications from the system - you will miss out on:
- Friend requests
- Personal messages from other members
- Circle invites
- Somebody tagging you
- Comments on your posts
etc. etc.
So your FIRST TASK here on GeniusU should be to change your settings !!!
