One Breath Method

Welcome to the circle. I created this method of breathing to solve one problem. Make a simple easy to follow breathing process which anyone can use to reduce stress using the most recent research into meditation, brainwaves and psychology. I have read many research articles to understand how this all works and to be crystal clear on how to make this work.

The purpose was for me to be able to get the Zen state which trigger brain waves which allow for you to truly feel the deep state of a meditation experience without being a monk or a advanced meditation practiioner.

This process can shortcut that process very quickly. How do I know?

I taught my brother this method who knew nothing of breathwork or meditation. In the cases and feedback the benefits were dramatic. For my brother it helped him manage his stress during the pandemic and he is now able ot use this to improve his focus and get into the deep meditative state even with distractions around him. In other cases this has dramatically been able to reduce anxiety due to the way it rewires the brain.

I have this this method personally to remain calm before a interview which could have gone completely wromg. This helped me stay calm and focused before a Graham Brown Livestream interview which we had a number of technical issues. I was able to stay calm and focused to complete the interview and think clearly and concisely.
