Many top CEOs like Jack Welch are Supporter profiles.
The "Supporter" - like Meg Whitman, leads from the front where people come first. Supporters are the best motivators. They are great at relating to and organising the team yet find it difficult to come up with a plan by themselves.

The strengths of the Supporter profile--
Relationship-focused, confidence-building; able to lead; able to follow; enjoy team building; enjoys meeting new people, loyal to the team.

They are most successful when--
▪️ in a team, bringing out the best in everyone
▪️ given clear direction and outcomes to achieve
▪️ provided creative input and back-up

Supporters often have little patience with numbers or details and are often restless on their own. They can easily become de-focused, loving to simply chat. They can change direction often seeking constant variety.

Laura Hartley, the Entrepreneurs Institute Crystal Circle Success Coach, shares in the video below what it means for her to be a Supporter, and what best gets her into the flow.
