Speaking at Day 2 of the Global Entrepreneur Summit, hosted by Genius Group, Philip O'Callaghan, Managing Director of The Examcraft Group, spoke as part of a changemaker discussion group titled ‘Impact Dynamics’. Philip spoke to Roger about education needing to change to help young people become better learners and better leaders. He believes the education revolution is about helping them identify where their core strengths and core passions lie.

He details how young people today want to work in companies that make an impact and have a purpose; they want to spend their time at a company that has equal values to their own. Impact and purpose are really central to identifying and communicating to attract the right team.
