Emeralda has been Executive Director and Partner at international consulting company Consultora Austral Solutions in Chile for twenty years. She specialises in economic development, innovation management, strategy, and competitiveness.
She is an advisor to companies and governments in public policies, within the framework of projects of the Inter-American Development Bank and the United Nations Development Programme in Latin America, and has participated in more than a hundred projects supporting individuals and companies, thirty public policy projects and many more focused on such varied subjects as environment, investment, ICT, tourism development and innovative technological missions.
