It's 100 days until the #COP26 kicks off in Glasgow where the call is "to unite the world to tackle climate change." Big words and big demands - and quite rightly so. But, there's a risk that with those lofty calls the rest of us disengage, thinking that the governments and thought leaders will solve it. Or maybe it's just too painful that we don't even have the strength to care. And yet, there's so much we could and should do as businesses and business leaders. But how can we make more and better climate-smart choices? I'm curious what could that look like, for instance, in HR and job creation, in commuting and energy consumption, and even in supply chain. Please share your thoughts and what you are already doing as a business. Co-creating a climate-sustainable economy is in the interests of every business.

The destruction of the environment for the gain of a few makes me so sad that I have written a very beautiful song called Paperplane when I saw what destructive effect fracking has for the environment and seen England allows fracking under the national parks

The dominant narrative that I'm hearing today, again and again, is that we have to change or we're not going to survive. We've already overshot the ability of the Earth's ecosystems to support human civilization. Read "Climate: A New Story" for...
