Laura has more than 18 years in the recruitment industry including her own company which has a track record for placing exceptional candidates in great jobs across the North West. Recruiting can be expensive if you get it wrong and can seriously damage the brand, reputation and the engagement of your current employees. In 2018 she launched Hartley People Retention Consultancy to support SMEs with mentoring, recruitment auditing, onboarding, interview support, work-based assessments and psychometric profiling that has now evolved into Business Coaching. Laura gives her free time to Institute of Directors Lancashire, she is an ambassador of NWEEG which helps businesses across the North West to engage better with their staff, making the North West the best place to work. Actively supporting local charities SAM’s and The Wish Centre and local colleges.
