• In this six-week series you will recover your optimism and your ability to concentrate and focus, no matter what is happening around you. As a result your effectiveness and productivity will rebound.  
• You'll discover unique practices that keep you feeling balanced and with an open heart. You will establish a routine to maintain this experience going forward.

• Send an end-of-the-week 5-minute mobile report of what you discover that will help you design an on-going plan for support.

1. A 30-minute personal Pre-Course Interview - valued at $200
   During the interview you will identify your stress and anxiety trends and prepare you to maximize your benefit from the course. 
2. A Pre-Course and Post-Course Questionnaires - valued at $30 This questionnaire will help you begin to identify your own key causes of stress.
3. Six weekly 50-minute Zoom sessions - valued at $1200
   In which I will share with you the foundational principles of Rediscovering Optimism. Together we will deep-dive into practices that support you in regaining resilience, focus and productivity in your life and business.  We’ll learn, share and grow together through group learning and support.  Weekly opportunities to share your challenges, celebrate your progress and ask any questions you may have.
