Many times people take the wealth spectrum test and come up with a certain level, let's say Orange (Typically an employee - Earning more than your spending). 

They feel happy and then they start trying to move to Yellow Level (You're own easy running business).

Then something happens.

 Maybe they overstretch and go into the Red by paying for some really expensive courses.

Or

They suddenly get hit with some significant expense which they didn't plan for.

This then pushes them into Infrared (In debt - Spending more then you're earning) or Red (Survivor - Spending everything you earn).

Once you're in Infrared/Red it becomes very difficult to establish a Yellow business.

I call this the BOUNCE.

Roger James Hamilton gives the example of a trampoline, you're bouncing on the trampoline and you're flying in the air, this is when you think you are Orange level, but because you have not built solid processes and habits at this level, you go crashing down to the level of your current processes and habits which could be Red or Infrared.

That's why it's so important to have solid habits and processes in place right up to Orange level. What I like to refer to as Solid Orange. Then when you go to start a business (Yellow level) you're approaching it from a solid foundation.

Now to get Solid Orange you have to have Solid Red and Solid Infrared.

So over the next few posts I'm going to add my experiences on the journey to establishing Solid Infrared and Solid Red and then Solid Orange.

P.S. This article was originally intended primarily for the 101 - Accelerate from Orange to Solid Yellow Circle, but there have been a host of technical difficulties. Hopefully they have now been resolved and everything should hopefully run smoothly.
