In this article we're going to briefly explore the Deal Maker - Star relationship through the Wealth Vector Cards.


The Deal Maker to Star


As a Deal Maker you are the flexible and fun connector, bringing others together, while our Star colleagues are expert at turning a spark into a sparkle, shining on others.


The quality that best assists a Deal Maker to get in greatest flow with a Star is the Vector 4.2 - FLOW.  


When working with a Star you can go with the flow with effortless ease. Let the Star take the lead, and shine, this is their strength and happy place.  Allow the Star to use their attraction to bring those to you so that you can then make meaningful connections with ease.  


Avoid diffusing or defining the efforts of others, or judging the process. Accept, follow, and allow, knowing that the Star's ability to shine on others, has the attraction factor that enables the Deal Maker to then step up into building the relationships.


The Star to Deal Maker


Just as the Deal Maker has a winning formula or approach with the Star, so too does the Star have a quality to greatest flow with the Deal Maker.


This is the Vector 2.4 - RELATIONSHIP.


The quality or focus for greatest flow for a Star to Deal Maker dynamic is that of securing a mutually beneficial relationship.  


So where the Deal Maker is more allowing in going with the flow of the Star, this is balanced by the Star who in relation to the Deal Maker may need to focus on being mindful to enter a grounding partnership that serves both parties. 


To support the flow of the relationship a Star may avoid trying to settle alone, holding on or leading from the front at all times. Instead, seek to appeal to the Deal Makers natural ability for connection and build a relationship of trust.
