Over the past three posts, I took Wealth Dynamics apart to understand it better. Today, I’m starting to piece it back together.
When I was first introduced to the Genius test, I was excited to finally understand why I had started so many projects, and that I didn’t finish them because my head was in the clouds. “Typical Dynamo,” I told myself.
But there was also an element of, “Hang on a minute, I’d also finished a heck of a lot of what I’d started. And I have an interest in detail that’s given me the nickname ‘Analyson.’ I also love connecting with people.” There was a gap in my understanding of the genius test results, which is part of the reason why I started this quest to take it apart and put it back together.
Finally something clicked, and while this may have been obvious for seasoned Wealth Dynamics peeps, I needed to fill in the blanks for myself so that I could help others in my relatively new role as Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics Consultant in a way that made sense to me. Today sums up the theory so that I can finally plow into some practice.
What I knew for sure about Wealth Dynamics before I started digging:
1. The focus of each genius:
- Dynamo energies ask “What?”
- Blaze energies ask “Who?”
- Tempo energies ask “When?”
- Steel energies ask “How?”
2. Each of us have all energies within us, but only one of it is the key to our natural flow to fortune.
3. Spirit asks “Why?”
4. Wealth equals value times leverage.
5. Dynamo creates value through innovation; Tempo creates value through timing.
6. Blaze creates leverage through magnifying; Steel creates leverage through multiplying.
What I didn’t know:
- 1. I didn’t know enough about Spirit energy to see how it fits into the Wealth Dynamics bigger picture.
- 2. I didn’t see a clear connection between the wealth calculation and the 4 genius energies.
What my journey of discovery has taught me:
a) By using what I knew to fill in the blanks for what I don’t know, I’ve found a Wealth Dynamics framework that incorporates Spirit in a way that makes sense to me.
By combining an aerial view of the Wealth Lighthouse with the Wealth Dynamics, I am able to see at a glance that Spirit flows from the top down and incorporates the “why.” Within it, we vibrate at many different frequencies depending on our goals, mindset, and connection to spirit. When we focus on our “why,” we’re strengthening our connection to Spirit and replacing any frequency of lack with a frequency of abundance.
For this exercise, the “why” I’ve selected is my top purpose as on my profile: end poverty in all its forms everywhere.
b) Something else I’ve discovered is that we tap into other energies in a fairly predictable way if we break down the Wealth Dynamics square into quadrants.
- Dynamo taps into Blaze and Steel energies.
Blaze taps into Dynamo and Tempo energies.
Tempo taps into Blaze and Steel energies.
Steel taps into Tempo and Dynamo energies.
Putting it all together
In the marketing function, this plays out that Dynamo energy creates the product and the rest of the energies play a role in taking the product to market at a profit.
When we apply the “why” - or the bigger picture - to the different energies, the questions become more focused.
- Dynamo energy creates value through innovation. Dynamo energies ask “What can I create that adds to solving the bigger picture?”
- Blaze energy creates leverage by magnifying. Blaze energies ask “Who can I connect with to magnify a solution that solves a bigger picture?”
- Tempo energy creates value through good timing. Tempo energies ask “When is the right time to add to solving the bigger picture?”
- Steel energy creates leverage by multiplying. Steel energies ask “How can I clarify, measure and multiply solutions that add to the bigger picture?”
- For even deeper insight, when we apply the same thinking to the areas in which the energies overlap, the questions take on a new perspective.
When Dynamo taps into Steel energy:
A. Thinking intuitively to create value through innovation by trusting the gut more than relying on the five senses; acting introvertly, which means looking inside for how to multiply solutions.
How can I leverage my innovation by multiplying it?
When Dynamo taps into Blaze energy:
B. Thinking intuitively to create value through innovation by trusting the gut more than relying on the five senses; acting extrovertly, which means relying on the feedback from others for how to magnify solutions.
Who can help me leverage my innovation by magnifying it?
When Blaze taps into Dynamo energy:
B. Thinking intuitively to create value through innovation by trusting the gut more than relying on the five senses; acting extrovertly, which means relying on the feedback from others for how to magnify solutions.
What can I create that adds to solving the bigger picture and magnify it?
When Blaze taps into Dynamo energy:
C. Thinking sensory to create value through timing by relying on the five senses more than trusting the gut; acting introvertly, which means looking inside for how to multiply solutions.
When is the right time to magnify someone else’s innovation that adds to solving the bigger picture?
When Tempo taps into Blaze energy:
C. Thinking sensory to create value through timing by relying on the five senses more than trusting the gut; acting introvertly, which means looking inside for how to multiply solutions.
Who can help me magnify someone else’s innovation that adds to solving the bigger picture?
When Tempo taps into Steel energy:
D. Thinking sensory to create value through timing by relying on the five senses more than trusting the gut; acting extrovertly, which means relying on the feedback from others for how to magnify solutions.
How can I clarify, measure, and multiply someone else’s innovation that adds to the bigger picture?
When Steel taps into Dynamo energy:
D. Thinking sensory to create value through timing by relying on the five senses more than trusting the gut; acting extrovertly, which means relying on the feedback from others for how to magnify solutions.
How can my innovation clarify, measure, and multiply solutions to the bigger picture?
When Steel taps into Tempo energy:
A. Thinking intuitively to create value through innovation by trusting the gut more than relying on the five senses; acting introvertly, which means looking inside for how to multiply solutions.
When is the right time to clarify, measure, and multiply someone else’s innovation that adds to solving the bigger picture?
As a Dynamo energy, this framework explains why I’m a product creator, but also a marketer and an analyst.
It doesn’t end there…
Not only do the different energies exist within all of us, they exist in different percentages that make us unique. This is the time to whip out your Wealth Dynamics profile, or if you don’t already have one, perhaps it’s time to take the test.
According to my Wealth Dynamics profile, I am 53% Dynamo, 32% Steel, 8% Blaze, and 8% Tempo. Knowing I have a strong Dynamo/Blaze combination, it allows me to move forward with lazer-sharp focus and crystal clear clarity on the way I would like to proceed:
- What can I create that adds to abundance in all its forms everywhere?
- How can I leverage my innovation by multiplying it?
- Who can help me leverage my innovation by magnifying it?
- How can my innovation clarify, measure, and multiply solutions for creating abundance everywhere?
- I now have the necessary questions to propel my business forward with my natural strengths taking the driver’s seat. I look forward to creating my new vision and the marketing strategy to support it.
Next, we get into formulating the marketing strategy within the following framework.
Thank you for following! I admit that I'm in Analyson zone where I continue to analyse long past my due date. As always, any feedback will be much appreciated.
