Whilst the long overdue Renters Reform Bill will be the final straw for many property investors and landlords (and is one of the reasons Landlords are selling up), it’s still a good time to get involved with property investment, as long as you know what you are doing.

After walking you through the major Section 21 Abolishment associated with the New Renter Reform Bill Changes, I’ll be breaking down the 4 Exemptions of Eviction that may be in place by the end of 2024.
