Helga Jens is very good teacher, she has helped me in many ways. I highly recommend her work. I really like her hypnosis, which has changed my life completely.

Helga is excellent teacher, very good hypnotherapist and has helped me so much. For instance, I had this fear of ,,being seen” and with her program i have totally over come that fear. Her hypnosis lesson talk to my soul and help me come whole.
