SONG OF THE BRUSH: 20 Hours to Mastery
Did you know that just 20 hours of guided deep practice in Japanese Calligraphy can promote Concentration, Mastery, Balance, Creativity, Memory, Mindfulness, Appreciation, and Connection? I have seen this over and over again in my college students, and have now decided to make this course available online.
Here is a preview of the SONG OF THE BRUSH MASTERY Mentorship Course. 8 Modules, so think roughly 8 Weeks, with about 3 hours of practice per week. You could stretch it out to 12 Weeks, at 2 hours of practice per week. In addition to the 8 modules, I will provide video feedback and mastery tips. All instruction is in English, with full translations of the Calligraphy. You will also receive digital copies of my two books on Calligraphy.
This is the Course that I have taught to College Students from over 40 Countries for the past ten years. Students in this course have achieved remarkable levels of Mastery in just 8 to twelve weeks, with between 20~30 hours of practice, without any prior knowledge of Japanese or calligraphy. A few examples of students’ work are shown below.
I know that you can do this too. On completion, you will receive a Certificate of Mastery, but the real proof will be the calligraphy you have become able to produce.
