What it includes:

-40 minute Zoom session with Jackie

-Basic image consulting to help you select the right jewellery and gemstones that match your features and personality

-Jackie will offer suggestions with regards to the above from our website or do a custom design to suit your profile. Custom designs on request will be sent out 2-3 days after consultation.

-After the call Jackie will send out a report within the next 3 days with the results of your consultation.

Our Company Story

Penchant Design has been the home of bespoke jewellery and delightful daisies since 2003. The first ring we ever produced was a plain silver band with four engraved daisies on it, and to be honest, we have been “Daisy Crazy” ever since.

Of course, we offer our valued customers so much more than delicate daisy designs… We also have an impressive portfolio of bespoke designs and custom-made pieces, all designed and manufactured in our fully-equipped workshop under the watchful eye of new owner and professional jewellery designer Jackie Hahn, a Stellenbosch University graduate and another huge daisy fan. As part of our personalised design service, we also remodel and revamp old and outdated jewellery to bring out their true beauty and give them a new lease on life.

In addition to remodeling, our workshop is also able to handle a wide range of repairs, from simple cleaning, polishing and plating, to sourcing and replacing missing or damaged stones, repairing damaged metal and restringing pearls and other necklaces. Our services also include the issuing of valuation certificates for insurance purposes and replacement quotes for missing and stolen jewellery.

At Penchant Design, we go out of our way to meet all your jewellery needs, from our welcoming shop to our well-trained staff.

Custom Design Approval

 Approved custom design will be subject to a quotation by Jackie in order to proceed.  

Payment Policy
An Acknowledgement receipt and details of order for the payment made, will be sent to your email address as proof of payment, within 3 working days
