As a Deal Maker we have our 'ear to the ground', we love to connect people, and we are keen to connect ideas that we believe in to people who can make it happen. 


It can be a challenge for us at times to relate to our Creator counter parts - and we SO need them in our ventures as they have their "head in the clouds" ! 


So how can we better relate to our Creators? What insights can we get from the Vector cards to guide us?


The Vector 4.1 gives us the clues to work in flow with Creators, with the key quality of BREAKTHROUGH. 


As Deal Makers when working with Creators we need to be alert for the most effective paths to direct flow. Be quick to direct the flow and make the most of the breakthroughs that the dynamic between the Deal Maker and Creator presents. The Creator births the ideas, and as Deal Maker we can connect the idea to the most appropriate people, places, projects, ventures to create the flow and keep it moving.


Avoid moving slowly or being caught unprepared or complacent. Some of the key words that present themselves are burst, pour, overload, crisis, break, flow, action, express, decide and channel. The image is that of a dam bursting, water flooding through and immediate action needs to be taken to avoid crisis.  


Of course, the Creator has its own vector in the creator/deal maker relationship, and we'll explore that next.
