“Leadership” ~ the action of leading a group of people or an organization, or the ability to do this.  The state or position of being a leader.

Here we experience Fire over Thunder/Lighting, our Supporter over the Star, both on the extroverted side of the WD square.  We are required this week, to take hold and action their characteristics and principles in our leadership.

Consider the Blaze energy, how well do you receive and allow this energy to show up ?

This Vector is direct and forceful.  Is the application of Precision internal or external in nature for you as a leader, is the obstacle that you face in your leadership from within you or in your external environment?

Imagine cracking seeds with your front teeth, focus and clarity are required amidst any obstructions and feelings of vulnerability. Bite down and snap through the obstacle in your mouth, splice it open and remove the obstacle from your path.

Precision is calling for decisive and swift action against those (this may be with yourself) who are unable to follow the set rules and clear conduct.
