𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐬 has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and workshop facilitator in dance, personal development, and training the trainer. She reached the top of her game in 2019 and then didn’t know where to go. Her first step away was in Real Estate Investing, but it was a steep learning curve and she had just gotten started when she heard Roger speak for the first time. That’s when things began moving.
 

From first hearing Roger on a podcast to consuming the Millionaire Masterplan, Lisa had found a way of doing business that aligned with her own core beliefs. Next, she becomes a Flow Consultant, visited Bali to attend Wealth Dynamics Masters, joined Crystal Circle, and more recently became a Performance Consultant and faculty, all forward steps to figuring out her purpose. 
 

A big step was when Lisa took on the role of Atlanta City Leader with an enthusiasm all could see. In fact, Lisa’s meetings were so well attended, the group ended up hosting Roger at the end of 2019.
 

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐲

However, for Lisa, when COVID hit, she didn’t lose her business because Lisa was still looking for the right idea. Roger’s work and his team full of incredible teachers had recharged her. Most importantly, they had given Lisa a chance to upgrade her skillset. Something Lisa believed to be essential to her success moving forward.
 

With Atlanta Meetings going online, Lisa reached out to her Mentors. In particular, Michelle Clarke, who after learning of Lisa’s extensive experience in Accelerated Learning Programmes, suggested she take this to the Genius Community. Lisa discovered she could help others to share their knowledge by building microschools, with accelerated learning at its core.
 

Lisa’s mission was clear. With the world and its entrepreneurs needing more support than ever, she would focus on creating products that would empower the community to share their knowledge. From a simple Next Steps strategy Call to a full-blown microschool of her own. Lisa supported the community on all levels, depending on what they needed. 
 

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 

The results were incredible. By focusing energy on building her micro-school quickly, Lisa launched with 8 students on board, achieving an income of over 4K. Lisa also built a fully scalable online product, which she could advise others on how to build, as well as replicate herself using the other pieces of knowledge Lisa has acquired over the years.

Lisa’s mentoring clients also did well. With one student Santos Alberto building and launching his own microschool within days rather weeks. She was able to support her mentor Michelle Clarke to clarify her offering. After all, a community that supports each other is one that thrives.

When asked if Lisa has words she would offer others, she had this to say:

“When joining Genius Group, you will inevitably acquire the foundational skills you need to be successful. Most significantly, learn to build and execute a promotion plan, but what really makes the difference is the access to the right mentors. The ones who can see your potential and look at your business from the outside. They are the ones who can help you pivot or amplify your business growth. 

You need to develop outside of yourself, and be willing to let go of the position you’ve already achieved to discover the next level of learning.”
