A twelve month program to enhace those qualities in you that you need for leading others. This is not so much about skills, than about Being. When we have high ambitions, we need to have those for ourselves first.

Now that you’ve gone through the nine steps of liberation, you will find that life is clear and free, but you may want some tools to navigate it easier. After all, we’ve shovelled away your old strategies, and nobody has taught us in school what really works in life, and who and how you can Be when you are not under automatic pilot.

Building skills for the new level of You is like learning to drive that Ferrari when you’ve spent your life up to now in Clios. Nobody thought it would be worth the time to teach you, as the life they saw for you would rather be Clio-like anyway.

Well, the truth is, when we are skilful enough to drive a Ferrari, we will be able to find one in our lives!  Much more fun. Much more « speed ». Much more ease !

This is what you will learn: 

1. Focus, Clarity, Purpose: knowing clearly where you want to go and what for, this is like having your compass ready for each and every choice you make.

2. Courage, Productivity: you may need to adapt your work style to your personality, and try out what an extra dose of courage would change for you.

3. People skills: Influence and Persuasion. If we want to lead others, to help them along, to inspire growth in them, we need to know how to enroll them to follow the wisdom we can offer them.

4. Skills about you: deliberately master your own psychology. Yep, our mindset is key, and it needs a lot of presence - and some little tricks - to keep our brain on track.

5. Control, Creativity, Congruency: how to juggle all these and get the mechanics working

6. Caring, Connection, and Challenge : how do you bring others on the boat, how do you connect, how do you challenge them to grow? And what about yourself, self-care, connection to your soul, challenging yourself?

In order to stay the closest possible to who You are and what it comes down to Being You, we work with Persoanlty Tools like the Passion Test, the Purpose Test, and Human Design. You will be guided and challenged.
