I've just finished a Skype call with Nick Heap whom helped me find out my "core process" back in 2005 when I discovered my "Star" profile. He's developing Core Process II and so wanted to see how it had affected peoples lives and as it changed my life along with my WD profile I really do think the two go together well. To confirm my hunch I asked if he'd be happy to offer Core Process sessions to those who deliver Team Dynamics and so hence I'm here!
