In preparation for an ebook I am writing, Wealth Dynamics for Marketing, I have summarised what I thought are the most pertinent facts about the four Genius profiles. Having these points in one place provides me with better clarity on how to leverage my individual talents, understand those around me, and create better practical examples for applying Wealth Dynamics principles to marketing. These are just the rough notes for chapter 1. I hope you find it as useful as I do.
According to Wealth Dynamics, there are four types of geniuses. We all have a little of each genius, but have more of one than the others. When you follow your genius, you end up doing what you love and loving what you do. As a marketer, knowing your genius helps you create value for your customers.
Dynamo and Tempo create through dynamic THINKING
Dynamo: intuitive thinking creates value through innovation (new products, systems, and idea)
Tempo: sensory thinking creates value through timing (buying low, selling high, timing the deal)
Blaze and Steel create leverage through dynamic ACTION
Blaze: extrovert action creates value by magnifying (increasing to the highest level: how can this be done with only me?)
Steel: introvert action creates value by multiplying (decreasing to the lowest level: how can this be done without me?)
Why Wealth Dynamics for Marketing?
As the person steering the marketing strategy within your business, leading with your natural talents will pave the platform for success. Consider some key characteristics of each genius and how they differ.
DYNAMO GENIUS - Natural vision is perspective
Question: What? Answer: Creation
Ideas Smart: Great at starting things, but not so good at finishing - like Albert Einstein & Richard Branson. All of these people focused on their strengths in creating.
Visual Learner: Usually learns best with simple pictures and short explanations instead of lengthy course materials that leads to distraction.
Task-based Leader: Focuses on getting things done, and leads best when holding others responsible to their tasks.
Needs FREEDOM to grow: The freedom to express and drive things at pace must come first. Never get stuck in the shadows.
Thrill and excitement are the love languages of a Dynamo Genius.
Uses frontal lobe of the brain - our intuitive thinking. It’s all about being at our best when we have our ‘head in the clouds’. This is the opposite of Tempo Genius.
BLAZE GENIUS - Natural vision is colour
Question: Who? Answer: Collaboration
People Smart: Loves people, but gets distracted quickly - like Marilyn Monroe & Oprah Winfrey. All of these people focused on their strengths in leadership and connections.
Auditory Learner: Usually learns best by hearing and talking things through instead of having to read the detail.
People-based Leader: Focuses on keeping strong relationships, and leads best when encouraging and motivating others.
Needs VARIETY to glow: Constant variety with new experiences and new connections comes first. Never get caught in a boring routine.
Fun and entertainment are the love languages of a Blaze Genius.
Uses right brain - our extrovert actions. It’s all about relationships and external connections. This is the opposite of Steel Genius.
TEMPO GENIUS - Natural vision is perception
Question: When? Answer: Consultation
Senses Smart: Grounded, but often gets lost in activity - like Nelson Mandela & Mother Teresa. All of these people focused on their strengths in their senses and their perseverance.
Kinesthetic Learner: Usually learns best with hands on experience instead of listening to others or reading the theory.
Activity-based Leader: Focuses on ongoing activity, and leads best when keeping everyone on track.
Needs CONNECTION to glow (and time to slow): Reliability, routine and connection with others comes first. Never mistrust your senses.
Care and compassion are the love languages of a Tempo Genius.
Uses temporal lobe of the brain - our sensory thinking. It’s all about being the best when we have our ‘ear to the ground’. This is the opposite of Dynamo Genius.
STEEL GENIUS - Natural vision is clarity
Question: How? Answer: Calculation
Detail Smart: Takes care of the detail, but often over-cautious - like Mark Zuckerberg & Benjamin Franklin. All of these people focused on their strengths in systems and in managing data.
Analytic Learner: Usually learns best by studying and reading all the details to understand fully instead of talking about content.
Data-based Leader: Focuses at the data and detail, and leads best when managing everyone by measures and metrics.
Needs CERTAINTY to glow (and data to know): Certainty and control on what needs to be done and how it can be done comes first. Never let others make you get lost in chaos.
Comfort and reliability are the love languages of a Steel Genius.
Uses left brain - our introvert actions. It’s all about details and internal analysis. This is the opposite of Blaze Genius.
SPIRIT ELEMENT IS ALL ABOUT FLOW
Question: Why? Answer: Contribution
Spirit sits in the centre of the brain in an area called the Pineal Gland, which is the part of us we connect for ‘insight’.
NOTE TO SELF:
Spirit is the vibration at which we experience unconditional love and appreciation. Roger refers to "switching the lights on" which can be perceived as a play on the word "enlightenment."
TOPIC TO EXPLORE:
Wealth Dynamics is all about vibrational marketing and how the Wealth Dynamics spiral helps us find our flow and move towards enlightenment.
