I’ve just listened to this great TED talk by Adam Grant.

He talks about languishing, a state where we “ muddle through days, looking at life through a foggy window with a feeling of meh!”

It’s a feeling that I’m sure we’ve all felt and maybe some of us are feeling it right now.
