I always encourage others to allow their network a behind the brand view of who they are, not their private life but an insight into the person, what makes them tick, why they do what they do. 

So, I thought it was time I did the same!

🐟 Every Friday is #fishyfriday, this you may know, but what you may not is why.

🐟 I’m a passionate scuba diver, traveller, and lover of the underwater world even the name NB Coaching was inspired by the marine environment.

🐟 I support  B1G1 ( Buy1 Give 1) an organisation which works with over 500 projects around the world, helping people and businesses achieve long-lasting impacts. The projects are all aligned to the 17 Sustainable UN development goals so for every new client I work with I make an impact with a project aligned to UNSDG14, Life Below Water

🐟 It’s just a small step but with many other businesses around the world supporting them too it will make a difference and the fishyfriday posts are a lighthearted way to raise awareness and interest in the underwater world.

✈In 2008 my partner and I left corporate life and the UK. With our suitcases packed & one week’s accommodation booked we headed to a small island called Roatan, one of the Honduran Bay Islands in the Caribbean Sea.

✈In total we spend 5 years living in Honduras, Indonesia and the Philippines before moving back to the UK to work on the next phase of our adventure.

✈It wasn’t all sun and cocktails, as with anything in life there were ups and downs and hard work but leaving corporate life and working overseas was an amazing experience and not something I regretted for a second.

⭐ I established NB Coaching back in 2012, NB or neutral buoyancy is a state of balance where the diver is neither sinking down or bobbing to the surface, it's the most efficient way to dive and the most enjoyable, I now support other business owners to find their flow and become neutrally buoyant in life and business.
 
 
⭐The reason I do what I do is there is no one size fits all, in life & in business. Rather than following the path that others believe we should be following I believe we should all be supported to create our own route. Leveraging our unique talents and skills to create a business and life which we are proud of.

⭐I will soon become a digital nomad, dividing my time between the UK and Croatia ( more about that in another post!) digital technology allows me to support businesses all over the world, both 1:1 and in small groups through the Focused and In Flow Programme.
