Our Global AI Investor Summit in the Metaverse was mind blowing!

The AI Impact Investor Summit had a fantastic panel of speakers and 2,000+ attendees across 2D and 3D experiences. As you can see from the photo, we were fully immersed in our 3D Investor Campus, with Ask CEO Ryan Levesque.

Roger had fantastic interviews with Mike Filsaime, Rich Schefren and Ryan Levesque - each raised great insights into what we can expect in the weeks, months and years ahead.

It was also great to see so many attendees joining us in the Metaverse via the Vatom platform. They were able to connect with other attendees and visit our partner booths.

Roger shared 10 key trends over the 2 days including:

- The Future of Money: Roger shared just how much of what he has been predicting over the last couple of years is now coming to light – particularly on what's going to happen to fiat currencies, due to the amount of debt that has been printed, and just how much that has been growing. It’s also tracking what Ray Dalio was predicting that by 2025 we're going to pretty much see an end to the US Dollar as a reserve currency - we're only 18 to 24 months away from that potentially happening. It isn't all doom and gloom though as there are of course opportunities to take advantage of. Industries such as AI, the metaverse, blockchain, travel and tourism, and entertainment are seen as boom models for wealth creation.

- The Rise of AI: The top 20 companies in the S&P 500 are almost all AI-based and have experienced significant growth. They include Apple, Microsoft and one which perhaps isn’t so well known yet, NVIDIA, due to its advancements in chip technology. It recently became a Trillion-dollar market cap company. Roger mentioned their predictions about the arrival of superhuman AI and the singularity, aligning it with Ray Dalio's prediction of the end of the US dollar by 2025. NVIDIA is playing a central role in accelerating our growth towards superhuman intelligence.

- AI-Powered Communities: Roger had a great session with Ryan Levesque, founder & CEO of The ASK Method Company and bucket.io. They discussed how you can now start to scale your business, using assessments and building it into AI. Roger demonstrated our amazing new Genie AI.

- AI-Powered Businesses: Roger then spoke with Mike Filsaime, CEO of GrooveDigital about how AI is helping businesses to automate their marketing activities for a better and faster way to sell online.

- The Age of Distrust: Roger shared how societal fears are on the rise and people are convinced that they're being lied to by societal leaders. Trust has declined in government leaders and the media but scientists and employers are most trusted. Moreover, CEOs are expected to be the face of change.

- Investing in Asset #1: Roger spoke with the Internet Marketing Pioneer Rich Schefren about business mentoring, asking better questions, and the ways in which he's now using AI for his business.

Genius Group Announces 119% Revenue Growth for Full Year 2022, Expansion of Pro Forma Gross Margin to 53%

Genius Group announced its financial results for the full year 2022.

Full Year 2022 Financial Highlights

• Revenue growth of 119% to $18.2 million in 2022 from 2021 revenues of $ 8.3 million
• Revenues on pro-forma basis of $28.1 million in 2022
• Gross margin of 47% in 2022, compared to a gross margin of 33% in 2021
• Pro forma gross margin of 53% in 2022
• Net loss of ($55.3 million) in 2022 compared to net loss of ($4.5 million) in 2021 and pro forma net loss of ($54.9 million) in 2022, partially due to the Company’s annual valuation testing of its goodwill and intangible asset fair market values,
• Adjusted EBITDA net loss of ($7.8 million) in 2022 compared to an adjusted EBITDA net loss of ($2.3 million) in 2021 and pro forma adjusted EBITDA net loss of ($7.3 million) in 2022
• Cash and equivalent as of December 31, 2022, of $5.7 million compared to $1.8 million as of December 31, 2021
• Total assets of $91.3 million as of December 31, 2022 compared to $17.6 million as of December 31, 2021
• Intangible assets of $16.1 million as of December 31, 2022 compared to $1.4 million as of December 31, 2021 as a result of the acquisitions completed this year
• Goodwill of $31.7 million as of December 31, 2022 compared to $1.3 million as of December 31, 2021 as a result of the acquisitions completed this year
• $36.5 million in derivative liabilities as of December 31, 2022 due to $12.5 million in contingent consideration and $24.0 million in options

2022 Student and Partner Growth Highlights

The Company exceeded its growth targets for students and partners:

• Students and users growth of 58%, from 2.8 million students at the end of 2021 to 4.5 million students and users at the end of 2022, representing an average daily growth of 4,452 new students and users per day
• Paying students and users growth of 137%, from 72,422 students and users at the end of 2021 to 171,919 paying students and users at the end of 2022, representing an average daily growth of 272 new paying students and users per day
• Partner growth of 29% from 11,414 at the end of 2021 to 14,760 at the end of 2022

Genius Group maintains its 2023 financial guidance as we will accelerate the integration of our acquired companies and expect growing operating leverage driven by top line synergies from our EdTech platform and the digitization of our portfolio of products. We believe this will allow Genius Group to accelerate organic growth and provide a clear path to positive EBITDA in 2023.
