Roger’s Update

The speed of growth that's happening across both AI and the metaverse is phenomenal and it’s exciting that we’re attracting all the right people and partners – leading mentors and experts - to come and join Genius Group and GeniusU as they are super excited about what we’re doing.

Two of those partners are leading mentors Salim Ismail and Peter Diamandis who will both be contributing to our MBA and Bachelor’s programs. It was great to recently support the launch of their new book ‘Exponential Organizations 2.0’. It’s an awesome book so I highly recommend that you take some time to read it.

It was great to have Ryan Levesque on our recent AI Investor Summit.  Ryan actually took our Wealth Dynamics profile test back in 2008 and liked it so much it inspired him to launch the “Ask Method” which went on to become a 500 Inc company which now has a turnover of around $30 million. We love to see people who have used our products go on to have their own success stories and communities and then come back to share with our own community.

Genius Group Launches Genius Metaversity in Partnership with Vatom

June 15th, 2023

Genius Group has launched Genius Metaversity, a virtual reality learning environment in partnership with Vatom to hold educational courses and summits in the Metaverse.

Genius Group’s Global AI Investor Summit held on June 2 and June 3, 2023 was the first event hosted in the Metaversity via the Vatom platform and was a great success with around 2,000+ attendees from around the world joining with their own virtual avatars, connecting in a global classroom, interacting with speakers and joining courses and programs.

As part of the Genius Group’s commitment to this transformative technology, the Company is developing four virtual campuses in the Metaverse: Entrepreneur Campus, Investor Campus, University Campus and School Campus. Each offers a new learning experience for student members, mentors and partners. Each campus will have a vibrant community, lead mentors, course content, GEMS and AI Genies to service GeniusU members and partners.

By leveraging Vatom's virtual world-building tools, Genius Group's community can access immersive experiences intended to revolutionize the way they learn and interact with educators, mentors and fellow students online. This exciting partnership between Genius Group and Vatom also benefits partners of GeniusU, who can now host their own courses and events on the Vatom platform within the Genius Metaversity.

Genius Group to Host Virtual Investor Meeting with CEO Roger Hamilton on June 28, 2023

June 21st, 2023

Genius Group is hosting a virtual investor meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, with its Chief Executive Officer, Roger Hamilton.  The virtual meeting will be held as a YouTube Livestream, and will include:

• Metaversity and partnership with Vatom
• Further explanation on the delay of 20F release
• Update on ERL spinoff
• Update on legal actions
• An opportunity to answer questions and respond to shareholder enquiries

As part of Genius Group’s commitment to a high level of ongoing investor communications, the intention is for this Virtual Investor Meeting to be held on a monthly basis.

To ensure all enquiries are answered, except those related to legal proceedings that Counsel advises should not be answered, all shareholder questions need to be submitted in advance to the email address investor@geniusgroup.net.
