Another Excellent micro-degree
Each time I go through the materials I pick up another nugget. Now that things are moving forward for my business, the whole discussion around company flow makes so much more sense. The concepts are simple, but extremely deep. Each time you hear them you will get more out of them. I encourage every member to take advantage of all the excellent training resources - and TD is one of the best!

Interesting to know when I should lead and when I should give others the space to do so
This was a great addition from a team perspective. Also made me realise that I cannot be the leader in the current stage of our business! This is great as it means I have to give the right person the space to do this in the current environment :-)!
